倫敦的麵包和糕點店被評為世界最佳




La Liste 是全球最佳餐廳和酒店指南，由敏銳的美食評論家和專業指南精心評選出全球頂級餐廳名單。


最近La Liste剛剛公佈了2024年全球最佳麵包店和糕點店的名單，其中有101間位於倫敦。雖然倫敦並未贏得任何主要獎項（事實上，唯一獲獎的英國麵包店是愛丁堡的Lannan Bakery和主廚Darcie Maher，被評為「年度最佳新開業糕點店」），但有仍然有101間倫敦麵包店被列入《La Liste推薦的全球3000間最佳麵包和糕點》名單中。


La Liste匯編了TripAdvisor 的網上評論、媒體評論、國際餐飲指南如米芝蓮和Zagat等，來建立其排名。今年，獲得推薦的倫敦麵包店包括Dalston的Dusty Knuckle、London Fields的Pophams、Crouch End的Sourdough Sophia、Finsbury Park的Baban’s Naan、Newington Green的Jolene、Bloomsbury的Fortitude Bakehouse、Peckham的Toad、Liverpool Street的Shiok!、Covent Garden的Arôme Bakery和唐人街麵包店。
